Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour

Position Overview

We are hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time opportunity in Plantation, FL. This role focuses on evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing one-on-one care that supports improved mobility, pain reduction, and functional recovery. The position is well suited for a therapist who values strong clinical work and meaningful patient interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and ongoing reassessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional movement training
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery expectations
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Ability to manage documentation efficiently
• New graduates with strong clinical training may be considered
