Location: Bonita Springs, FL near Naples, FL
Position: Full-Time
Work Setting: Private Physical Therapy Office
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist in Bonita Springs, FL to evaluate patients, deliver one-on-one treatment, update plans of care, and help patients move better, recover well, and return to daily activities with improved function.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and establish clear treatment goals
• Develop treatment plans that reflect each patient’s condition and progress
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in a private outpatient office
• Reassess patients regularly and adjust care plans when appropriate
• Document patient visits and progress in a timely and accurate manner
• Instruct patients on exercise programs and recovery expectations
• Work collaboratively with clinic staff to support day-to-day operations
• Follow all clinical, ethical, and documentation standards

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent from an accredited program
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Current CPR certification
• Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to manage a full-time schedule in a consistent and organized way
