Job Description - Physical Therapist

Gervino Group is proud to be assisting a consistently top-rated home health organization in finding a Physical Therapist who's ready to do meaningful work—in the place patients feel most comfortable: home. What you'll be doing

Collaborating with a care team on the management and delivery of patient care plans
Traveling to patients' homes across your local area (roughly 20% of your day)
Staying on top of charting with state-of-the-art tech designed to keep it fast
Self-managing your schedule with support from dedicated schedulers

Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM · 1 weekend per month · 2 holidays per year

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
Valid Physical Therapist license issued in Pennsylvania
1+ year of healthcare experience
1+ year of experience with EMR systems (including Practice Partner or equivalent)
Valid driver's license and comfort with local travel to patient homes
Comfortable with tablets, mobile phones, and digital tools as part of daily workflow
Pennsylvania PT license number in your application if available
