About the Opportunity

Search Station is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client, a boutique, patient-focused pelvic therapy clinic in Dubuque, Iowa. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a low volume, cash-based setting where therapists can dedicate meaningful time to each patient without the burden of insurance documentation. The clinic specializes in holistic pelvic health care and offers a supportive, collaborative team environment with structured mentorship. Both experienced therapists and recent graduates are welcome.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
  • Active Iowa PT license or eligibility to obtain
  • Previous pelvic health experience a plus — mentorship provided for those newer to the specialty
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills
  • Passionate about hands-on, holistic care
  • Motivated to grow professionally and contribute to the community

Scope of Work

  • Assess and treat pelvic health conditions including postpartum recovery, pelvic floor dysfunction, pain, incontinence, and prolapse
  • Apply manual therapy techniques (craniosacral, visceral, traditional MT) combined with exercise and patient education
  • Focus primarily on female patients with occasional male cases as skills allow
  • Collaborate with the in-house shockwave therapy team when appropriate
  • Participate in weekly case discussions and collaborative care planning
  • Support caseload growth through excellent outcomes, patient education, community workshops, talks, and referral development
  • Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation
