Job Description - Physical Therapist



Absolute Home Health and Hospice is hiring full-time Physical Therapist for our Oakland County area. This position is a wonderful option to work for an absolutely great organization. RESPONSIBILITIES

As a physical Therapist, you will be responsible for responding to routine and critical situations, providing skilled therapy assessments, and supportive care for Home Care Patients.


  • Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately

  • Competence in evaluation of patient needs

  • Promoting continuous quality improvement

  • Teaching and counseling patients/families

  • Timely and accurate documentation


Requirements


  • Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Program/School

  • Active MI PT License

  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record

  • Valid CPR Card


Preferred


  • At least 1 year Physical Therapy experience

  • At least 1 year Home Health experience
