Primary Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations


• Develop individualized treatment plans


• Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy services

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate


• Complete documentation using AI-assisted software


• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License (or eligibility for licensure)


• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, Master's, or Bachelor's)


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Passion for delivering outstanding patient care


• Interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular rehabilitation, balance therapy, or sports rehabilitation preferred
