This position will be paid as contractor 1099 and will be per patient pay rates and to start as PRN. We are growing and need more help and support and people who will be efficient with communication and documentation being in on time . We offer great pay rates and the best team in Utah!

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional physical therapy services to patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans

Job Requirements:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid state licensure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the documentation application Kinser is a plus

Work schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
