Physical Therapist – Flexible 4-Day Option in Delray Beach

This PT-owned clinic offers either a 4-day work schedule or a Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. You’ll treat 2 patients per hour in an orthopedic outpatient office.

What You’ll Help Patients With

You’ll support patients working through post-surgical recovery, orthopedic injuries, pain, mobility issues, strength deficits, balance concerns, and return-to-activity goals.

Responsibilities

• Complete new patient evaluations and progress assessments
• Build plans of care based on patient needs and goals
• Treat orthopedic outpatient conditions using skilled PT interventions
• Provide exercise progression, manual techniques, mobility training, and patient education
• Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment as needed
• Supervise PTA treatment when appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License
• DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
• Outpatient experience required, including clinical rotation experience for new graduates
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills

• Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, depending on experience
