Join a Growing Outpatient Physical Therapy Team

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Jacksonville is seeking a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient orthopedic and vestibular rehabilitation clinic. 

You'll work alongside experienced therapists treating a diverse patient population with orthopedic, balance, vestibular, neurological, and functional mobility conditions while receiving mentorship and opportunities for professional development.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.


• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.


• Provide evidence-based outpatient physical therapy services.


• Treat orthopedic, vestibular, balance, neurological, and post-surgical conditions.


• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, home exercise programs, and wellness.


• Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation.


• Collaborate with therapists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.


• Maintain outstanding patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.


• Active Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain..


• Outpatient clinical experience is preferred but not required.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Positive attitude with a patient-centered approach.

Compensation & Benefits
