What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care


• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments


• Develop strong clinical skills through mentorship and collaboration


• Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness


• Maintain timely and accurate documentation


• Work collaboratively with other members of the clinical team


• Contribute to a positive and patient-focused clinic culture


• For experienced clinicians, provide mentorship and clinical leadership to team members

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist in North Carolina, or eligible for NC licensure


• New graduates and experienced PTs encouraged to apply


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Passion for patient care and clinical excellence


• Desire to learn, grow, and develop professionally


• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset


• Interest in developing leadership skills and taking on increased responsibility
