Job Description - Physical Therapist

Location:Northampton, MA

Salary: Up to $36 per hour, depending on experience 

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Days (No Weekends) ; 40 hours per week

Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics

Our facility offers PTAs a unique opportunity: a physician-owned, outpatient orthopedic practice with direct surgeon collaboration and a strong, built-in referral base. Your team works alongside fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeons in a coordinated care model focused on clinical quality and outcomes—allowing you to deliver exceptional care without the pressure of generating volume or navigating complex administrative layers.

Qualifications: 

Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program

Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant license

Experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, or outpatient physical therapy setting preferred
