Position Overview

The Lead Physical Therapist serves as the senior clinician in the clinic, delivering high-quality outpatient physical therapy while supporting clinical excellence, staff development, and a positive team culture. This role blends direct patient care with mentorship and leadership responsibilities and offers long-term growth as the clinic expands.

Key Responsibilities Clinical

· Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and examinations

· Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based plans of care

· Provide outpatient orthopedic, balance, and functional rehabilitation

· Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

· Utilize modern rehabilitation technology, including VR platforms, when appropriate

· Complete accurate documentation in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements

Leadership

· Serve as the lead clinician and clinical resource for the clinic

· Mentor and support Physical Therapists and clinical staff

· Assist with onboarding and training new team members

· Uphold high clinical standards and ethical practice

· Foster a collaborative, professional, and patient-centered clinic culture

Qualifications

· Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT)

· Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license

· Minimum 3 years of outpatient physical therapy experience

· CPR certification

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Interest in leadership, mentorship, and clinic growth
