Position Summary:
Physical Therapist provides therapeutic services designed to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or minimize permanent physical disabilities for residents/patients experiencing injury, illness, or disease.
This position will provide services across two facilities located in Bellingham and Blaine, with the majority of the time spent at the Blaine facility.

Education:
Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree from a college or university with an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Licenses/Certification:
Current Physical Therapist license in the state employed.
Current CPR certification.
Experience:
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
