Soaring on Hope is proud to be one of only four locations in Oklahoma with a Smart Home Demonstration Site, where families, clinicians, and community members can explore assistive and enabling technologies that promote independence, accessibility, safety, and participation in everyday life.
You'll help children ages 0–21 build strength, coordination, mobility, and functional skills through compassionate, evidence-based, family-centered care.
Responsibilities include:
Evaluate and treat children with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, genetic, and functional needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths, needs, and goals.
Provide evidence-based interventions targeting strength, balance, coordination, mobility, gait, motor planning, endurance, and functional independence.
Educate and partner with families through coaching and individualized home programs.
Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, and other team members to provide coordinated care.
Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Maintain timely documentation and participate in department meetings and professional development.
Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy License (or eligible)
