What You'll Do


You'll help children ages 0–21 build strength, coordination, mobility, and functional skills through compassionate, evidence-based, family-centered care.


Responsibilities include:




  • Evaluate and treat children with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, genetic, and functional needs.




  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths, needs, and goals.




  • Provide evidence-based interventions targeting strength, balance, coordination, mobility, gait, motor planning, endurance, and functional independence.




  • Educate and partner with families through coaching and individualized home programs.




  • Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, and other team members to provide coordinated care.




  • Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed.




  • Maintain timely documentation and participate in department meetings and professional development.




Qualifications





  • Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program




  • Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy License (or eligible)
