Physical Therapist

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patients to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and modify treatment programs based on patient progress and needs.
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure comprehensive care for students.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and rehabilitation strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the overall care plan.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Wisconsin.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably with pediatric or adolescent populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements:

• Candidates must reside at least 100 miles away from the location to be eligible for consideration.
