Physical Therapist Assistant

Our client is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist
Assistant to provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical
Therapist. You will assist in executing treatment plans, ensuring patient progress,
and maintaining compliance with state laws and facility guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow
  state practice laws for PTA supervision by a licensed Physical Therapist.
  
• Adhere
  to client policies and procedures and complete all required compliance
  training (Medicare, OSHA, etc.).
  
• Prepare
  treatment areas and clean equipment following OSHA guidelines.
  
• Carry
  out treatment programs as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
  
• Accurately
  document patient progress and treatment activities in a timely manner.
  
• Communicate
  effectively with therapists, patients, and their families.
  
• Participate
  in facility meetings and in-services as required.
  
• Maintain
  current licensure and CPR certification.
  

Required Credentials:

• Graduation
  from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (CAPTE or
  equivalent).
  
• Current
  valid state license, registration, or certification.
