• Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant
• Location: Lakewood Health Systems
• Position type: Full-time, benefited, 0.80 FTE
• Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 32 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
• Settings: This position will work with adult and geriatric patients, with primary responsibilities in a skilled nursing/long-term care facility and a small portion of home health visits. This role supports individuals with complex needs following surgery, stroke recovery, and generalized weakness.

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program. They must have, or be eligible for, PTA licensing in Minnesota.
