Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), the PTA will provide treatment to patients in their homes. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  Implement physical therapy treatment plans as directed by the supervising PT.

  Assist patients with exercises, mobility training, and therapeutic activities.

  
  


• 
  

  Educate patients and caregivers on proper techniques to support recovery.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor and document patient progress and report updates to the PT.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).

  
  


• 
  

  Valid state licensure to practice as a PTA.

  
  


• 
  

  Previous experience in home health or a related setting preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  CPR certification.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
