A facility located near Crescent City, CA is seeking a full time Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant to join their team!

Pay range: $35.00-$40.00/hr + mileage reimbursement

Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent, direct hire position
  


• Schedule: Mon-Fri, home health setting

Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Oregon or eligible to achieve to prior to hire
  


• BLS certification required
