Location: Normandy Park, WA near Seattle, WA
Work Setting: Private Physical Therapy Office
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Salary: $70K-$80K a year plus full benefits

Job Summary

We are looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant who wants to be part of a private practice where the workday feels steady, productive, and patient-centered. In this role, you will support the Physical Therapist by delivering treatment sessions that help patients improve function, manage pain, and work toward their recovery goals. This position offers a clear schedule, one patient per hour, and the chance to build strong rapport with the people you treat.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy treatments based on the Physical Therapist’s plan of care
• Work one-on-one with patients during therapeutic exercise and rehab sessions
• Support patients with mobility, coordination, and strengthening activities
• Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the Physical Therapist
• Keep treatment notes complete, accurate, and up to date
• Set up and maintain treatment areas and clinic equipment
• Help create a smooth, supportive experience from start to finish for each visit

• Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant
• Active Washington PTA license, or eligibility to obtain licensure in Washington
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to follow a Physical Therapist’s plan of care accurately
• Organized, professional, and comfortable working in a private outpatient setting
