Salary: $65,000–$80,000 per year (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 4-day workweek option available | No Weekends

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist

  
  


• 
  

  Carry out individualized plans of care

  
  


• 
  

  Work with patients with orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and functional mobility needs

  
  


• 
  

  Document treatments accurately and efficiently

  
  


• 
  

  Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists and the interdisciplinary team

  
  


• 
  

  Contribute to a supportive and patient-centered clinic environment

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Massachusetts (or in the final stages of licensure)

  
  


• 
  

  New graduates welcome

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and patient care skills

  Positive attitude and enjoys working in a collaborative environment

  Outpatient, ortho, neuro, vestibular, or balance therapy experience is a plus (not required)
