What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll work closely with our Physical Therapists to provide individualized, high-quality care to our patients. Responsibilities include:

• 
  

  Carrying out treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist

  
  


• 
  

  Providing therapeutic exercise, functional training, manual techniques, and other appropriate interventions

  
  


• 
  

  Educating and encouraging patients throughout their rehabilitation

  
  


• 
  

  Monitoring patient progress and communicating changes with the supervising PT

  
  


• 
  

  Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation

  
  


• 
  

  Working collaboratively with PTs and other team members to provide an exceptional patient experience

  
  


• 
  

  Helping create a positive, welcoming, and motivating environment for our patients

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

  
  


• 
  

  Current or eligible Nevada PTA license

  
  


• 
  

  Passion for outpatient rehabilitation and patient-centered care

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  Collaborative, positive approach to working with patients and teammates
