Job Description

Are you an ambitious clinician ready to take your first step into healthcare leadership? We are seeking a motivated Assistant Clinic Director to join our team. This position is uniquely designed as a leadership-track role, offering a rare opportunity for a first-time leader to transition into management.

You will work directly under the tutelage of our Clinic Director, who brings over 17 years of experience in clinical leadership. This role is not just about management; it is a mentored partnership where you will receive dedicated guidance to develop your administrative and operational skill set while maintaining a high standard of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

As the Assistant Clinic Director, you will bridge the gap between clinical excellence and operational efficiency. Your duties include:

  • Operational Support: Assist in leading daily clinic operations, upholding company policies, and identifying areas for process improvement to ensure a seamless patient experience.

  • Clinical Leadership: Oversee patient evaluations and treatment planning, ensuring that our high-performing team delivers care that meets established clinical protocols.

  • Team Mentorship: Supervise clinical and administrative staff, fostering a positive and energetic environment that encourages staff growth and patient satisfaction.

  • Workflow Coordination: Support the daily clinical workflow, addressing urgent situations as they arise and ensuring the facility remains a premier environment for physical therapy.

  • Quality Documentation: Maintain and audit timely, accurate documentation (evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries) to meet compliance and insurance standards.

  • Community Advocacy & Outreach: Serve as a dedicated point of contact for the medical community and caregivers, ensuring every patient benefits from a seamless, well-coordinated recovery journey.

The Leadership Development Program

Unlike traditional management roles, this position emphasizes mentorship and growth. You will benefit from:

  • Direct Mentoring: Regular one-on-one sessions with a Clinic Director who has nearly two decades of experience navigating the complexities of outpatient physical therapy.

  • Hands-on Training: Practical exposure to EMR quality control, referral management, and clinic P&L fundamentals.

  • Strategic Growth: A seat at the table for decision-making processes, allowing you to learn the "why" behind successful clinic management.

  •

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Professional Degree: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

  • Licensure: Current (or eligible) state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

  • Experience: While previous management experience is not required, a strong clinical foundation and a desire to lead are essential.

  • Mindset: A "team-first" attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for professional development.
