What You’ll Do:

• Partner with the Physical Therapist to implement individualized care plans

• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises with confidence and clarity

• Educate patients and families to promote safety and independence

• Deliver care that prioritizes progress, dignity, and long-term success

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Missouri PTA license

• Home health experience preferred

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to accountability

• A forward-focused mindset and desire to grow professionally
