Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, personalized physical therapy treatments to patients across a range of conditions.


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement tailored treatment plans.


• Take a leadership role within the clinic, mentoring and guiding other team members to ensure best practices and professional development.


• Contribute to clinic growth by building strong relationships with patients, referral sources, and the community.


• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate patient documentation.


• Participate in and lead clinic improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and clinic efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Oklahoma (or eligibility for licensure).


• Strong clinical skills with a passion for delivering patient-centered care.


• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in mentoring or team collaboration.


• Enthusiasm for being part of a growing clinic, with a desire to contribute to its long-term success.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient education and empowerment.
