Job Type: Full-Time (30+ hrs) or PRN (minimum 30 hrs)
Pay Rate: $28–$37 per hour
Schedule: 4 days in-clinic + 1 day remote telehealth support

About the Role

We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Stanwood, WA. In this role, you’ll work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to deliver hands-on care, support telehealth sessions, and help patients achieve their recovery goals. This hybrid schedule combines in-clinic therapy with digital rehab and telehealth coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient therapy sessions under the direction of a Physical Therapist

• Assist with treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical patients

• Support aquatic therapy and exercise programs (training provided if needed)

• Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery strategies

• Document patient progress in EMR and digital platforms

• Assist with telehealth PT sessions and remote patient engagement

Qualifications

• Active (or eligible) Washington State Physical Therapist Assistant license

• Current CPR certification

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills

• Comfortable with EMR and digital rehab platforms

• New graduate PTAs welcome to apply

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $30–$35 per hour (based on experience)
