Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Skilled Nursing Facility

Salary Range: $65,000 – $70,000 per year

Location: Stuart, Florida

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Our skilled nursing facility in Florida is dedicated to improving the lives of our residents through personalized and compassionate care. We provide short-term rehab and long-term skilled nursing services, with a focus on maintaining patient dignity and enhancing quality of life.

We are currently hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our collaborative rehab team and support our licensed Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapists in executing individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and functional training under PT supervision
• Monitor patient progress and report changes or concerns to the supervising therapist
• Educate patients and families on techniques to improve mobility and reduce risk of injury
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility and state guidelines
• Work closely with interdisciplinary staff to promote optimal patient outcomes

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current Florida State PTA License
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and team-oriented approach to care
• CPR/BLS certification required
