We are seeking a dedicated PTA to join a leading orthopedic outpatient practice in Florida. If you're passionate about helping patients recover mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapists with implementing treatment plans
• Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and use of equipment
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical notes
• Communicate with therapists and physicians regarding patient status
• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to a diverse patient population

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Florida (required)
• Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program
• Prior orthopedic or outpatient experience preferred
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to high standards of patient care and professionalism
