Salary Range: $55,000 – $60,000 per year

Location: Cape Coral,  Florida 

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive clinical environment

• Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program
• Active Florida PTA license in good standing
• Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
