Location: Jacksonville, Florida

Salary: $55k to $60K a year

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. The PTA will work closely under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide hands-on care and help patients reach their recovery goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans as directed by the supervising PT
• Assist patients with exercises, mobility training, and therapeutic activities
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to therapy
• Provide patient and family education as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment
• Communicate effectively with the rehab team to ensure continuity of care

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• Current and valid Florida PTA license
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in a clinical or rehab setting is a plus (new grads welcome!)
