Your Role
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home care that helps patients regain strength, mobility, and independence. You’ll play an essential role in helping patients meet their goals and live healthier lives at home.

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Carry out physical therapy treatment plans designed by the supervising PT

  
  


• 
  

  Guide patients through exercises, mobility training, and therapeutic techniques

  
  


• 
  

  Teach patients and caregivers how to safely support recovery at home

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor patient progress and report changes to the PT

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate and timely documentation of visits

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with other care team members to ensure high-quality coordinated care

  
  

What You’ll Need

• 
  

  Current certification and valid licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in California

  
  


• 
  

  CPR certification

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in home health or clinical care preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first mindset

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently and manage your schedule

  Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
