FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team in Lake City. Whether you're looking to supplement your current position, enjoy a flexible schedule, or stay active in patient care, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll work alongside experienced Physical Therapists in a collaborative outpatient clinic treating a diverse patient population while providing individualized, one-on-one care.

What You'll Do

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist


• Guide patients through therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance activities, and functional mobility


• Educate patients on home exercise programs


• Monitor patient progress and communicate with the supervising Physical Therapist


• Maintain accurate clinical documentation


• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered outpatient care

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain)


• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program


• Strong communication and patient care skills


• Outpatient experience is a plus but not required


• New graduates are welcome to apply
