Concept Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide quality, patient-centered care in a supportive post-acute rehabilitation environment.

What You'll Do

Under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will:

• Provide skilled treatment according to individualized care plans
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, transfers, and functional independence
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional activities
• Monitor patient response and progress
• Communicate effectively with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary team
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
• Current Michigan PTA license in good standing
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable and professional
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous skilled nursing/post-acute experience is a plus, but not required
