Our Mt. Juliet Foster Building clinic is a 3 provider location offering the perfect opportunity for a clinician experienced in management to empower their team, and strengthen community ties. This clinic opened its doors in 2012, and has since been awarded "Best Physical Therapy in Mt Juliet" 9 times! We are looking for a leader poised to continue this legacy of excellence!

Clinic Hours:

M-Th: 7am-6pm

Fri: 7am-4pm

Sat/Sun: CLOSED
