Peninsula Physical Therapy, a trusted name in Belfair, WA for over 25 years, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to step into a Clinic Manager role. This is a rare leadership opportunity to train directly with the current clinic owner and take over clinic operations in a well-established, community-centered practice.

Your Responsibilities Will Evolve Over Time:

As a Physical Therapist:

• Deliver 1-on-1, 45-minute patient sessions

• Evaluate and treat a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions

• Develop personalized treatment plans and document progress

• Educate patients and families on care plans and self-management techniques

• Collaborate with fellow PTs, OTs, and support staff to deliver top-tier care

As a Future Clinic Manager:

• Oversee clinic operations and team performance

• Help with staff training and mentorship

• Work with the leadership team to grow the clinic and optimize processes

• Maintain quality of care standards and promote clinic culture

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Active Washington State PT License

• Minimum 2 years clinical experience as a practicing Physical Therapist

• CPR Certification

• Excellent communication and team leadership skills

• Eagerness to learn, lead, and grow in a mentorship-based leadership track

• Experience as a Clinical Instructor is a plus
