Physical Therapist - Consistent PRN

Description

HTS is seeking a Physical Therapist to join the team on a PRN basis to work at an outpatient therapy department located within a continuing care retirement community in Richmond, Indiana. This PRN position offers a flexible schedule, allowing for a mixture of weekday and weekend availability if desired. We can offer consistent PRN of 10 to 15 hours per week. 

PRN Jobs Details:

- Conduct patient evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.

- Complete recertifications, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

- Provide high-quality treatment to patients, ensuring their rehabilitation goals are met.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications:

- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience in outpatient therapy or long term care setting is preferred.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
