Physical Therapist – Days | Full-Time | Pensacola, FL

• Shift: Days (Rotating Weekends)
• Salary: $35.77 – $49.18/hr (based on years of experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
• Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and deliver individualized physical therapy interventions

• Create and implement treatment plans aligned with physician directives

• Educate patients and families on exercises, equipment, and home rehab strategies

• Maintain clinical documentation and participate in interdisciplinary team care

• Prioritize caseloads and participate in staff coordination and care planning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required

• Florida State PT License required (or compact if applicable)

• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire

• Open to new graduates – no experience required
