About the Role:
Our practice offers physical therapy, personal training and individualized stretch services and we are looking for a driven, caring physical therapist to join our growing Westchester team as our Katonah Director! Our 2 patient per hour, 1-to-1 care model allows our therapists to focus on patient care and not be overwhelmed with paperwork.

Responsibilities:
- 30-40 hrs per week
- Oversee and provide leadership to your clinical and clerical team
- assist in the growth and community involvement of your location
- Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
- Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum
- Valid NYS license to practice
- Dedication to exceptional outcomes and quality of care
- At least 3 years of full-time clinical experience as an Orthopedic or Sports Physical Therapist

Pay
- $100,000-$120,000 including profit share, commensurate with experience and certifications
- Bonus incentive program including profit share
