Physical Therapist - Full Time

Healthcare Therapy Services is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team at a senior living community located just 10 minutes away from downtown Terre Haute, IN. This highly rated skilled nursing facility offers short-term rehab, outpatient therapy, long-term care, and assisted/independent living. The well-appointed therapy gym offers modalities and features a Hydroworx therapy pool.

This PT will primarily conduct evaluations, supervisory visits, recertifications, and discharges, and also provide treatments. 

Position Details:

· Competitive hourly rate.

· Full-Time: 30–40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
