Physical Therapist - Full Time

HTS is now hiring a Physical Therapist to join our team at a highly-rated continuing care retirement community centrally located in the heart of Fort Wayne, Indiana. The PT in this position will perform evaluations, supervisory visits and treatments, providing care to patients from the healthcare center and from assisted and independent living.

· Full time at 30 – 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday (but will also consider flex schedules).

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
