This facility specializes in high rehab-to-home transitions, outpatient therapy, long-term care, and assisted living services, offering a dynamic and supportive work environment where therapists are truly valued.

With a brand-new therapy gym and a strong focus on patient-centered care, this is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team and make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives.

Position Details:

• Full-time role: 35–40 hours per week
•  Flexible schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday
