Physical Therapist - Full Time

Healthcare Therapy Services is hiring a Physical Therapist to join the team at a community-based senior care center offering innovative support and care in Evansville, IN. This PT will be part of an interdisciplinary team creating solutions to allow seniors to continue living at home. In addition to providing physical therapy services, the PT will complete some home health visits and attend daily meetings.
 

· Full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. 

· Flexible Monday – Friday schedule.

· Compensated drive time and mileage for home health visits.

· Paid training will be provided by the program.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
