PHYSICAL THERAPIST |NEW ALBANY, MISSISSIPPI and PONTOTOC, MS |FULL-TIME 

Continuum Rehab Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist to work full-time with our therapy TEAMS at skilled nursing facilities in New Albany, Mississippi and Pontotoc, Mississippi. Are YOU available to work with our TEAM?  

This role is unique in that we are seeking one individual to split a full-time workload at 2 different SNFs.

Requirements

• Must have current unrestricted professional license to practice
• Graduate from a school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association with a Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Must possess excellent organizational, time management, oral, and written communication skills
