Physical Therapist, Inpatient Rehab, $25, 000 Bonus

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to provide evaluations and medically prescribed therapy treatments aimed at achieving maximum functional gains and independence for patients. This role requires clinical expertise, independent decision-making, and teamwork to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to maximize patient mobility and function.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and families to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adapt treatments based on patient progress and functional needs.
• Maintain dependable attendance and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and late hours on a rotational basis as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.

• Active Physical Therapist license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification required.
