We are a 100% cash-based clinic, don't contract with any insurance companies, have the most advanced technology in the business, and as a result - attract and get to work with the best clients in the North Houston Area

Industry-Leading Training and Professional Growth:

Personal and professional growth is the foundation of what makes RPM different. We dedicate over 100 hours per year towards professional growth. Every week we block two hours for training and education as a team and one hour for direct, one-on-one mentorship with an experienced OCS, CSCS or FAAOMPT credentialed physical therapist.

Ideal Candidates for the Role Will:

• Perform running and walking gait analysis, return to sport testing, sports performance testing, initial evaluations, and follow up appointments
• Ensure clients achieve their clinical, health, and lifestyle outcomes
• Be able to clearly communicate the value of our service
• Provide a level of customer care that will cause clients to refer friends and family
• Keep timely and accurate documentation

• Are passionate about sports, strength and conditioning as well as long-term outcomes for clients

Skills/Qualifications:

• Current TX PT license
• Current CPR Certification
• 1+ years-experience preferred - new grads welcome to apply
• CSCS and OCS – preferred or aspire to get and the company invests in your growth
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Position Highlights:

• 1-hour evaluations and follow ups
• $5,000 annual budget on Continuing Education
• Work with a highly motivated clientelle
• Ample opportunity for professional growth through in-house training and mentorship
• 2-hour professional development training and in-services EVERY week
• 1:1 weekly mentorship with an OCS, FAAOMPT and sports biomechanics professional
• Work with high-tech biofeedback and motion analysis equipment
