Lead Physical Therapist – Outpatient Clinic (Amherst, NH)

Are you a seasoned Physical Therapist ready to lead? Join a fast-growing outpatient therapy center as a Lead Clinician and help launch a brand-new facility in Amherst and Londonderry, NH. This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity to build the clinic culture, mentor a team, and shape patient care—your way.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions with a focus on orthopedic, vestibular, and neuro rehab.
• Lead clinical operations and help establish team structure and protocols.
• Mentor junior clinicians and support professional development.
• Create and manage individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Utilize advanced therapy tools including infrared goggles, overhead harness systems, and AI-enabled EMR.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in New Hampshire (or eligible).
• Current CPR certification.
• 3+ years of clinical experience, preferably outpatient.
• Experience with vestibular or post-concussion rehab (preferred, not required).
• Strong leadership potential with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.
