ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced, qualified, and caring physical therapist to join our growing Anytime Fitness Club as an independent DPT or as an extension of an established practice. This individual will act as our partner and advocate for patients and members on their road to recovery, guiding them from diagnosis to the completion of rehabilitation and their transition into personal training. The primary focus should be on enhancing the patient/member's quality of life, range of motion, overall safety, and return to fitness.

• Consent Form: Membership and training consent form.
