Job Title: Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant (PT/PTA)

Location: Haskell, TX

Shift: 8-Hour Days, Monday-Friday

Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 with service commitment

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join their dynamic therapy team. This full-time position will primarily focus on outpatient therapy with some responsibilities in inpatient and swing bed care. Its a great fit for a PTA who is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered therapy services in a supportive rural setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services to patients across diverse age groups
• Assist with inpatient and swing bed rehabilitation therapy
• Implement treatment plans developed by licensed Physical Therapists
• Document patient progress accurately and timely in accordance with hospital policies

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license (required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (required)
• Strong communication skills and dedication to compassionate patient care

Established in 1939, is a 25-bed critical access hospital offering a wide range of services, including CT, MRI, acute care, emergency services, pain management, cardiac and pulmonary rehab, outpatient physical therapy, and a rural health clinic.
