Physical Therapist (Outpatient)

Miami Valley Hospital Physical Therapist Full-Time: 36 Hours Per week, flexible schedule Claybourne Physical Therapy: Outpatient: will serve mostly geriatric patients We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive evaluations and treatment plans for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, depending on the assigned service area. This includes but is not limited to Orthopedics, Pelvic Health, Vestibular physical therapy. The ideal candidate will meet established productivity benchmarks and ensure timely, accurate completion of all required documentation. A strong commitment to patient-centered care and excellent customer service--aligned with Miami Valley Hospital standards--is essential. As a vital member of both disciplinary and interdisciplinary teams, the Physical Therapist will demonstrate flexibility, support colleagues as needed, and contribute to the overall success and efficiency of the department. Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Licensure: Possess a valid license to practice Physical Therapy issued by the State of Ohio. Certification: BLS Certification required
