Job Description - Physical Therapist Outpatient

Shift Schedule: Day 5x8-Hour (07:30 - 16:00)

Location: Medford, OR 97504

PAY RATE: $40-$43

Start date 06/30/2025

BLS, State licensed

1Y/1ST TIMERS - NEURO EXP PREF- OP PT

Will position float between units: No
Is on-call required No
Are weekends required No
Are block schedules required Yes
What are expected ratios Productivity expectations are 75%
Special requirements: Primarily ortho clinic but it is rural so some neuro experience is better but not required.
Are 48 hours approved: No
